We, the “Service Provider,” are here to assist the “Client” with various services upon request through our platform. It’s understood that the Client will pay the agreed-upon fee for these services, even if, for some reason, we can’t get the requested information. We kindly ask the Client to keep any information they share with us confidential and to take steps to protect it as best as they can. We all make mistakes sometimes, so it’s reassuring to know that the Client agrees to cover us (the Service Provider), our officers, directors, employees, and agents if any issues, claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arise due to the services we provide. If, for any reason, either party wants to end this agreement, all it takes is a written notice. We always strive for accuracy but can’t be held responsible for any harm or losses that might result from using the information we provide. Rest assured, we handle all the data we collect with care and in accordance with data protection laws, both in the US and internationally. This agreement is guided by the laws of Wyoming, and if there are any disagreements, they’ll be resolved in Wyoming too. This agreement covers everything between the Client and us, replacing any previous agreements. Any changes to it can only be made if both parties agree in writing. Lastly, if any part of this agreement turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, don’t worry, the rest of it still applies.
