As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) , you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our clients’ financial activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to support our clients’ business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure proper financial management and identify potential areas of improvement.
Provide strategic tax planning and compliance services, including state tax filings, sales tax registration, and payroll tax registrations.
Assist clients with business compliance services, including initial reports, annual reports, and various IRS forms and filings.
Offer incorporation and business setup services, guiding clients through the process of forming LLCs, Corporations, Nonprofits, and more.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Prepare and file transfer pricing documentation to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
Collaborate with clients to provide financial analysis and forecasts to support business decisions.
Work with various accounting software, including but not limited to QuickBooks and Xero, to manage and streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferably Philippine based.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with QuickBooks and Xero is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
